When receiving the shipment, the customer is obliged to check the contents of the package in the presence of the deliverer in order to check whether the goods have not been damaged or missing during delivery. In the event of violations, damage or shortages of the goods, the supplier (courier or forwarder) should be required to draw up a reliable report with an indication of reservations as to the condition of the shipment.
The store owner is not responsible for mechanical damage to the goods caused during transport by delivery companies. Complaints in this regard should be reported directly upon receipt of the goods from the courier (supplier), by writing down the appropriate protocol. Complaints regarding damage will be considered only after drawing up a damage report signed by the recipient and the supplier of the shipment.
Taking care of the high quality of our services, after receiving the shipment, the customer has the right to check the contents of the package in order to verify the correctness of the quantity and type of the delivered Goods. In the event of missing goods or non-compliance of the received goods with the order, the customer is obliged to inform the shop owner about the situation within 7 days of receiving the shipment in order to solve the problem together, otherwise the shop owner is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
We make every effort to ensure that the photos and descriptions of the products are up-to-date and consistent with reality, but we are not able to exclude minor errors that are not the basis for claims or complaints.
